Career

Jin has served as assistant professor of communication at Boston College, tenured associate professor of marketing communication at Emerson College in Boston, and tenured associate professor of marketing at Sejong University Business School. At Northwestern University in Qatar, Jin has served as professor in residence of the Communication Program since 2019 and as director of the Communication Program from 2022 until 2023. Since 2024, she has served as associate dean for education and founding director of the Artificial Intelligence and Media (AIM) Lab.
