Northwestern Law professors available on upcoming Supreme Court rulings

Constitutional law professors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law are available to comment on a number of highly anticipated Supreme Court rulings expected over the next few weeks including June Medical Services LLC v. Russo, Seila Law LLC v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California, Trump v. Mazars USA, LLP and Trump v. Vance, among others.

Northwestern Law professors Robert Bennett and Andrew Koppelman (see below) filed amicus briefs in two of the major cases before the Court: Chiafalo v. Washington and Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, respectively. Both are available to comment on these particular cases.

Chiafalo v. Washington

Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia
Andrew Koppelman, the John Paul Stevens Professor of Law, filed an amicus briefin Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, a major case related to federal protections for LGBT employees. He is also the author of “Gay Rights vs. Religious Liberty?
