Indigenous chef and educator Jessica Walks First explores the intersection of Indigenous foodways, culinary practice and wellness. This talk shares how working with Indigenous foods and embracing the legacy of Indigenous food sovereignty is not only a path to culinary excellence but a fundamental step toward holistic, intergenerational wellness.
