Amongst the flowers
Join the Women’s Center for its annual garden party — an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on the work of the past year while enjoying live music, food and community.

Nordic notes
Bienen Contemporary/Early Vocal Ensemble, University Chorale, University Singers and Northwestern Camerata come together to celebrate the choral traditions of Sweden in a special performance featuring guest scholar Richard Sparks.

Premiere plays
Attend a festival of new plays by Northwestern’s 2025 M.F.A. graduates. The festival is a collaboration between the M.F.A. programs for directing, acting, and stage and screenwriting, as well as the undergraduate theatre department.
Performances are on Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, in the Ethel M. Barber Theater, 1949 Campus Drive, Evanston. See the full schedule here.
From New Zealand to Evanston
In partnership with the Chicago Humanities Festival, Northwestern’s Buffett Institute for Global Affairs welcomes Jacinda Ardern, former Prime Minister of New Zealand. Joined by Girls Who Code founder Reshma Saujani, Ardern will reflect on the experiences that shaped her leadership style and what she’s learned along the way.
