EVANSTON, Ill. --- Sodexo, Northwestern University’s food service provider, has been hailed for its commitment to diversity and named to the “Best Places to Work” list by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).
For the sixth consecutive year, Sodexo received a 100-percent rating on the HRC Corporate Equality Index. The food service provider is recognized for creating an inclusive environment for all employees, including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals.
The HRC equality index analyzes and rates large U.S. employers and their policies and practices related to LGBT employees.
