Conflict of Interest Office, Director Announced

Julia M. Campbell appointed director of conflict of interest

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Northwestern University has created a Conflict of Interest Office to continue developing and implementing policies, procedures and training for faculty, staff, postdoctoral and clinical fellows, and graduate students. 

Julia M. Campbell has been appointed director of conflict of interest. Under Campbell's leadership, the office will work in partnership with University administrators and school representatives. The Conflict of Interest Office reports to the Office of the Provost and the Office of Human Resources.

Campbell recently worked at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, where she was associate compliance officer. She previously served as deputy university research compliance officer at Yale University and as senior compliance analyst in Northwestern's Office for Research.
