Multimillion-dollar gift to advance study of human-computer interaction

Bao’s gift will support Northwestern’s Center for Human-Computer Interaction and Design (HCI+D), a collaboration between the University’s McCormick School of Engineering and School of Communication (SoC).

As gun deaths surge, scientists fill knowledge gaps in field of violence intervention

These are among the sobering findings of the Violence Intervention Worker Study (VIeWS), a landmark study conducted by Northwestern University and the University at Albany, SUNY.
