Career
O'Leary is Vice President Quality for Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, overseeing quality for Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Northwestern Physician Group. He is the founding Director of the Northwestern Medicine Academy for Quality and Safety Improvement (NM AQSI), a professional development program to train leaders in quality improvement. AQSI received the Leape Ahead Award in 2015 and the John M. Eisenberg Award for Innovation in Patient Safety and Quality in 2020.
