Work/Research

Cheema is an advanced heart failure and transplant cardiologist. He specializes in taking care of patients who have all forms of heart failure, require heart transplants or require artificial heart pumps. He also specializes in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Cheema has a master's degree in artificial intelligence and uses it in a variety of ways to integrate machine learning and AI into clinical medicine. His academic interests lie in creating, deploying or otherwise utilizing machine learning and AI tools to help provide better care to all his patients. He also conducts research at the Potocsnak Longevity Institute and is trying to understand how AI can more accurately interpret biological aging and overall work to expand an individual's health span and longevity.
