Permits are required in all lots, at a rate of $8, Monday through Friday, 8a.m. - 4p.m. Parking is free on evenings and weekends.
On-site payment is accepted at the North Garage (2311 North Campus Drive) and the South Garage (connected to the Segal Visitors Center at 1841 Sheridan Road). All surface parking lots require a visitor permit, available through Evanston Campus Parking Services (1841 Sheridan Road). Printable parking maps are available for the Evanston campus.

Guest wireless is a free service intended for use by visitors requiring short-term access to the wireless network to perform general Internet activities. It is an unsecured connection and should not be used to send or receive sensitive information. Access is granted for a seven-day period that begins at the time of registration. Guests may re-register as needed.
- Choose "Guest-Northwestern" in the list of available networks on your device.
- Accept the University's acceptable use policy.
All filming and photography for non-personal use requires expressed permission from the University. Media wishing to film or take photos on campus or inside campus buildings should notify Northwestern media relations by calling (847) 491-5001 or emailing Bob Rowley, assistant vice president of media relations, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
