Amid a challenging landscape, Northwestern has launched a new webpage to showcase the many ways our research and innovation impact the world.

The webpage highlights the work of the University’s faculty, research scholars and students and their life-changing work.

“Research and scholarship are the engines that drive our University and our community, and they are critical to improving lives,” said Northwestern University President Michael Schill. “By bringing together some of the sharpest minds in the world, we can push the boundaries of discovery and make life-changing discoveries that help us all live longer, healthier and more safely.”

Vice President for Research Eric Perreault said that nearly all of the projects showcased on the site are fueled by federal funding, much of which is currently at risk.

We shared with researchers and faculty members on April 11 that our top priorities are safeguarding our research personnel and maintaining our incredible research impact,” said Perreault. “This website serves as a valuable resource to show how the work conducted on our campuses makes a difference for the Chicago region, the nation and the world.”
