Supreme Court made the ‘right decision’ on challenge to Affordable Care Act

The U.S. Supreme Court today in California v. Texas dismissed a third challenge to the Affordable Care Act in a 7-2 ruling. Professors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and Pritzker School of Law are available to comment.
