Four-time Pulitzer Prize winner David Barstow to visit Northwestern Oct. 2

Northwestern alumnus, four-time Pulitzer Prize winner and former New York Times journalist David Barstow will visit Northwestern University for a conversation on the state of investigative journalism Oct. 2.

Barstow, a senior writer at The New York Times, this spring became the first journalist to win a fourth Pulitzer in a reporting category for his work exploring President Trump’s financial background. He also won Pulitzers in 2013, 2009 and 2004. He has won Pulitzers for explanatory reporting, investigative reporting and public service. 

At the event, Barstow be in conversation with Medill Associate Professor and Director of Investigative Reporting Debbie Cenziper. 

This event will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 2 at McCormick Foundation Center, Forum, 1870 Campus Drive, Evanston, IL 60208. It is open to Northwestern community members and the public.
