- Perinatal / prenatal cortical development and the role of neuronal activity
- RNA-based therapeutics, including prenatal delivery of antisense therapies
- Advanced human disease modeling: cerebral organoids + hiPSC 2D/3D systems for prenatal brain disease
- Large animal models, we use the gyrencephalic “folded” ferret model to study human-like cortical folding and neurodevelopmental disease
