Career

Roling is a clinical assistant professor in the Kellogg School of Management and the inaugural executive director of the Abrams Climate Academy. The Abrams Climate Academy at Kellogg is a year-long experiential learning program that equips graduate students with the tools, knowledge and connections to lead climate action and develop innovative solutions to the climate crisis.

Roling's professional practice is situated at the intersection of business, policy and our environment. He previously worked for KPMG, LLP., where he helped both corporate and government clients measure greenhouse gas pollution, develop strategies to reduce emissions and identify funding sources to pay for decarbonization.

Roling has taught at Fordham University and Wayne State University. He holds a master’s degree from the Harvard Kennedy School and both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
