Redevelopment of Norris University Center’s East Lawn to begin this summer

Northwestern University will conduct a search for a vice president for Research, President Michael Schill and Provost Kathleen Hagerty announced today.
The individual chosen will succeed Milan Mrksich, who has led the Office for Research since 2019.
Faculty and other members of the University community are invited to send nominations, inquiries and applications to VPRsearch@northwestern.edu.
The priority deadline for nominations is July 21. Candidate review will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Priority consideration will be given to applications submitted by Aug. 1.
