TimelyCare: Northwestern’s virtual mental health resource for students

Services can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime
TimelyCare is provided free of charge to all Northwestern students.

Last spring, Northwestern University teamed up with virtual health and well-being service provider TimelyMD to launch a new option for mental health support through the TimelyCare platform.

Available free of charge to any Northwestern student with an active NetID, TimelyCare provides a variety of resources, including Scheduled Counseling, the 24/7 TalkNow on-demand service, Health Coaching and Group Sessions. TimelyCare’s Scheduled Counseling and Health Coaching appointments are available days, evenings and weekends, and TalkNow services are available all day, every day.
