Picnic while you listen (and dance) to live music at Lunch on the Lake
When?
Noon, Wednesdays July 14, 21 and 28.
Where?
Sponsored by the Office of Summer Session and Norris University Center, Lunch on the Lake is held on the East Lawn of the Norris Center, 1999 Campus Drive on the Evanston campus.
How Much?
Free. Pack a picnic or grab a catered lunch (entrée, beverage and dessert) for $13.50.
Why Go?
Free live music and lake breeze make this the coolest lunch break in Evanston.
The lineup includes jazz with the Chris Green Quartet (July 14); Classical Duo Hannah Christiansen and Audrey Q. Snyder (July 21); and DJ Jamfest (July 29).
Pre-register online and get a free purple blanket and to be entered into a drawing for a $15 Mod Pizza voucher. Five winners will be drawn after each concert and notified by email.

In event of rain the concert will be moved indoors to the Norris University Center ground floor.
Masks are required for unvaccinated attendees. Social distancing is still recommended.
