Health and Benefits Fairs Oct. 19, 24

Staff and faculty invited for wellness activities and to learn about plan updates

Northwestern University faculty and staff are invited to this year’s Health and Benefits Fairs Thursday, Oct. 19, on the Chicago campus, and Tuesday, Oct. 24, on the Evanston campus.

The annual Health and Benefits Fairs are designed to increase knowledge of wellness practices, preventive care options and the University’s 2018 benefit plan updates. The fairs, free of charge, provide health screenings, educational materials and referrals. With the goal of raising awareness of available wellness and health-related resources, the fairs are intended to encourage Northwestern faculty and staff to make positive changes in their health behavior. Participants also can obtain information and speak with health care, insurance and investment company experts who can answer questions and explain details of their benefit programs.
