Saturday Seminars Guide Parents of Gifted Children

EVANSTON, Ill. --- Parents can take advantage of workshops designed to help them develop special strategies to nurture the development of their gifted children during a series of Saturday seminars hosted by Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development (CTD) this fall.

Experts lead workshops whose topics range from understanding grade-level assessments and improving children’s spatial skills to using apps and technology to engage creative thinking.

Part of CTD’s Saturday Enrichment Program, the one-hour seminars take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at four separate locations: Evanston, Naperville, Palatine and Chicago.

They are open to the public; no registration or RSVP is required.
