Wildcat Wisdom

EVANSTON, Ill. --- The newest Wildcats arrived at Northwestern University Sept. 20, eager to move into their residence halls and explore the campus they will call home for the next four years.

An army of student volunteers and staff members helped more than 2,000 freshmen and transfer students get settled in dorms across campus. Wildcat Welcome, a weeklong orientation program, helps new students get acquainted with everything that Northwestern has to offer. The program also includes a trip to Six Flags Great America, the traditional "March Thru the Arch" ceremony and various other social and informational activities.

We asked the Northwestern community to share their Wildcat Wisdom with the Class of 2016. Watch the video above and peruse the tweets and Facebook posts below to see their advice on how to make the most of the Northwestern experience.
