Brian Uzzi

Brian Uzzi is a world-renowned scientist, teacher, consultant and speaker on leadership, social networks and big data. Funded by a broad range of government and private agencies, his multidisciplinary research uses social network science and computational and artificial intelligence methods to predict outstanding human achievement. Uzzi has advised and spoken at major organizations and associations across more than 30 countries, including Deloitte, Abbott, Credit Suisse, the World Bank, PwC, U.S. intelligence agencies, Intel and Thomson Reuters. Uzzi is the Richard L. Thomas Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at the Kellogg School of Management. He is also the co-director of the Northwestern Institute on Complex Systems (NICO) and director of the Kellogg Architectures of Collaboration Initiative (KACI).
